You will receive an email with your order number and receipt after you successfully complete an order through our website. Verify your address before you place an order on our site. We cannot ship your order after we complete the shipping process. It may take up to 3 working days for orders to processed and shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. You will be able to locate your order’s exact location using this tracking number.
Contact our customer service if you are unable to locate the location of your order. We will resolve your problem in a few hours.
Each delivery is charge an additional fee but shipping costs are determine solely by the weight of your parcel. Shipping locations are use to calculate taxes.
We will ship an additional package to you if you receive a damaged or defective product. However, shipping charges will apply to this service. If you are unable to receive your package for any reason, we will send you a new one at no cost. To be eligible for this benefit, you must provide a valid reason and comply with our terms and conditions.
